【摘要】 目的:了解泌尿系统感染病源菌的分布及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对2012-01~12住院与门诊患者中段尿中分离出的病源菌的分布及对抗菌药物的耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果:中段尿中共分离出致病菌234株,其中革兰氏阴性杆菌162株,占69.2%;革兰氏阳性杆菌70株,占29.9%;其他占0.9%。检出的病源菌排前4位的是大肠埃希菌(46.15%),屎肠球菌(8.97%),粪肠球菌(8.54%),鲍曼不动杆菌(5.12%)。主要分布于肾病科62株(26.49%),空勤科33株(14.10%),普外泌尿科33株(14.10%),内分泌科21株(8.97%),消化呼吸科23株(9.82%),小儿科12株(5.12%)。分离出的大肠埃希菌中未发现对亚胺培南、美罗培南耐药菌株,对阿米卡星、呋喃妥因、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率较低,分别为22.22%、24.07%、24.15%。革兰氏阳性球菌中屎肠球菌对多数抗菌药物的耐药率均高于粪肠球菌,但均未发现对万古霉素耐药菌株。结论:大肠埃希菌为泌尿系统感染的主要病源菌,临床依照培养及药敏检测结果合理使用抗菌药物,可减少耐药菌株的产生及避免二... 更多还原
